Sheriff’s office makes more arrest in the Henton murder

Two additional suspects have been arrested in a February 26, 2012 shooting at the Imperial Palace nightclub in Winston County.

Investigators of the Winston County Sheriff’s Department arrested Marvin Stingley of Sallis on a charge of murder for the shooting of Marcus Henton. Also charged is Yartney Greer of Durant on a charge of possession of a firearm by convicted felon and accessory after the fact to murder.

Investigators are searching for two other suspects, Napoleon Melton and James Antonio Snow. They are believed to be located in the Sallis or Durant area.

32-year-old Marcus Henton died with one gunshot wound to the back outside The Imperial Palace nightclub on Highway 14 in Winston County.

Chadale Hall, 32, was arraigned and charged with murder in March while authorities continue to investigate the killing.
