Mental Health Month

May is Mental Health Awareness month. During the month of May, Community Counseling Services have made a conscious effort to bring awareness to the significance of Mental Healthcare and how it affects our community. Positive community support, education against stigmas and combating negative perceptions continue to be effective in promoting recovery and acceptance. Mayor Will Hill signs a proclamation recognizing May as Mental Health Month. For more information about Mental Healthcare Awareness contact Juliette Reese at Community Counseling Services at 662-773-9377.
