On Thursday, March 1, 2012, ABC Agents arrested P. E. Graham and J.W. “Dub” Woods in Winston County on charges related to the manufacture and sale of moonshine whiskey.  
Agents executed  a search warrant at Graham’s residence at 305 Goldman Road, Noxapater.  Forty gallons of moonshine and 300 pounds of sugar were seized at this location.  
A second search warrant was executed on property owned by Graham at 12900 Hwy 25, Noxapater.  A 6-barrel illicit distillery including 300 gallons rye mash and a 150-gallon stainless steel cooker were seized.  The still was destroyed.
Charges for Possession of a Illicit Distillery and Possession of Non-Tax Paid Whiskey (moonshine) are pending against Graham as this investigation continues.
Woods was arrested for two-counts of Sale of Non-Tax Paid Whiskey resulting from purchases made by an undercover agent.  Additionally, he was charged with Possession of Non-Tax Paid Whiskey (moonshine) resulting from search warrants executed at his residence at 6938 Mars Hill Road, Philadelphia.  Woods was transported to Winston County Jail and held pending bond.
This investigation continues in Winston County. More arrests are possible.
