Reyla Green finalist in NAMM pageant

Miss Reyla Green, daughter of SSgt Samuel and Krystle Green recently competed for the title of Miss Mississippi in the Princess Division at the National American Miss Mississippi pageant held on September 1, 2013 in Jackson, MS.

Out of 30 girls from around the state, Reyla was a Top Ten Semifinalist placing her on the Miss Mississippi Queen’s court as 4th runner up. Reyla also won 1st place in the Art Contest, 1st place in the Talent Competition and won the title of Miss Personality.

With her 1st place titles and being part of the Queens court, she received invitations to the National All-American Miss National Pageant held in Anaheim, California. Reyla is the granddaughter of Henry Ray and Bobbie Jean Yarbrough, and Cheryl Green, and the great-granddaughter of Josephine Green and Earl Key.  Reyla’s proud sponsors include her grandparents, aunt Leevel Yarbrough, Mayor Will Hill, Ruth’s Childcare Center and Walgreens #3452
