Calvary Apostolic’s Health and Wellness Fairs upcoming

Calvary Apostolic Church working with other churches and groups aims to improve the health of all Winston Countians and will host upcoming health fairs and exercise classes to promote the idea of healthy living.

Calvary Apostolic Health Fair is set for Saturday, October 19 from 3 to 5p.m.  in the Calvary Apostolic Life Center at 104 Beal Avenue Louisville, MS.

Presenters and Vendors expected are the MSU Extension Office, FoodCorps, Anytime Fitness, Modern Woodsmen Financial Advisors and Small Farmer’s and Associates.

“We are a team working together for the common good of Winston County, The State of Mississippi and we will impact the nation,” said Evangelist Maria Triplett, Project Coordinator.

The October 19 event will feature information on the affects of stress on the body, food quality, and much more.

The Calvary Apostolic group will also host a thanksgiving fair program on Saturday, November 2 from noon to 3p.m. in the Calvary Apostolic Life Center at 104 Beal Avenue Louisville, MS.

Presenters and vendors will feature the greater meridian mobile access unit which will be on site to give free blood pressure screening and oral exams.  Also, presenters and vendors expected are the MSU Extension Office, FoodCorps, Anytime Fitness, Modern Woodsmen Financial Advisors and Small Farmer’s and Associates.
