Ms. Judy Sullivan Ladd

Funeral services for Ms. Judy Sullivan Ladd will be held at 10 AM Wednesday, November 20, 2013 from John E. Stephens Chapel with Rev. Chris Vowell officiating. Interment will be in Cedarlawn Cemetery. John E. Stephens Chapel Funeral Services is in charge of arrangements.

Ms. Ladd, 57, passed away on Sunday, November 17, 2013 at her residence. She was a member of Linwood Baptist Church.

She is survived by her daughter, Jamie Smith of Phila, MS; son, Donovan Webb of Phila, MS; sister, Sara Windham of Phila, MS; brothers, John Sullivan of Phila, MS & Bruce Sullivan of Collinsville, MS; (4) grandchildren,; several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers are Johnny Earl Sullivan, Wesley Sullivan, Michael Sullivan, Gary Sullivan, James Alford and Jonathan Alford.

Mr. Olvin Lee Stephens

Funeral services for Mr. Olvin Lee Stephens were held at 2 PM Thursday, November 14, 2013 at John E. Stephens Chapel with Rev. John Stephens officiating. John E. Stephens Chapel Funeral Services was in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Stephens, 90, was born in Pascagoula, MS on May 4, 1923 and moved to Neshoba County in 1924. He served in the U.S. Army Infantry in Europe and was awarded The Purple Heart and the bronze star. He was a member of Military Order of the Purple Heart. He received a BS degree from MS Southern College in 1949. Mr. Stephens moved to Flint, MI where he served in Michigan National Guard for ten years, retiring as captain in 1964. He retired January 1984 from General Motors Corporation in Flint, MI after 30 years of service. He returned to Mississippi in 1984 and raised cattle for a number of years. He passed away on Tuesday, November 12, 2013 at Neshoba County Nursing Home. He was a member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church in the Stephenstown Community.

Mr. Stephens is survived by sisters, Mildred Mott of Union, MS & Mary Louise Huston of Union, MS.

Mr. Roger Dale Agent

Funeral services for Mr. Roger Dale Agent will be held at 2 PM Wednesday, November 20, 2013 from John E. Stephens Chapel with Rev. John Stephens officiating. Interment will be in Arlington Cemetery. John E. Stephens Chapel Funeral Services is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Agent, 56, passed away on Sunday, November 17, 2013 at Rush Foundation Hospital in Meridian, MS. He was a truckdriver and an outdoorsman. He was a member of Seventh Day Adventist.

He is survived by his wife, Brenda Gail Agent of Preston, MS; Parents, Leon Agent and Rachel Agent of Phila, MS; sisters, Janie Fulton of Phila, MS and Donna Agent Melton of Phila, MS; numerous nieces andnephews.

Pallbearers are Lee Melton, Mark Robertson, Brad Shelton, Johnny Rosamond, Jason Rosamond, Chip Luke, Chuck Luke & Donald Luke.

Ms. Rosemarie Cornelia Henry

Funeral services for Ms. Rosemarie Cornelia Henry were held at 2 pm Sunday, Nov. 17, 2013 from Bogue Chitto Baptist Church with Rev. Samuel Dixon and Kendall Wallace officiating. Interment was in Bogue Chitto Community Cemetery. John E. Stephens Chapel Funeral Service was in charge of arrangements.

Ms. Henry, 67, passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2013 at her residence. She was a homemaker. Ms. Henry is survived by her daughter, Rayna Marie Henry of Phila, MS; sons, Richard Earl Henry of Phila, MS, Robert Anthony Henry of Phila, MS & a foster son, Clifton Hickman Jr. of Phila, MS; (4) grandchildren.

Pallbearers are Billy Lyons, Clifton Hickman Jr., Anslen Henry, Kinsey Henry, Roger Ben, Rex Dale Henry, Dalton Henry, and Gerald Thompson.

Ms. Peggy Dunn Matthews

Funeral services for Ms. Peggy Dunn Matthews will be held at 3 PM Tuesday, November 19, 2013 from Good Hope Baptist Church with Bishop Joe Robbins, Rev. Jack Foster and Rev. Tim Robinson officiating. Interment will be in Good Hope Cemetery. John E. Stephens Chapel Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.

Ms. Matthews, 50,of Noxapater, passed away on Sunday, November 17, 2013 at Rush Foundation Hospital in Meridian, MS. She enjoyed crocheting. She was a member of Good Hope Baptist Church.

She is survived by her mother, Katherine Dunn of Phila, MS; daughters, Tracy Estes of Phila, MS and Penny Fulton of Phila, MS; sisters, Irene Warren of Phila, MS and Nell Duffey of Phila, MS; brother, Rudolph Dunn of Phila, MS.

Pallbearers are Larry Fulton, Bryan Dunn, Jackie Warren, Mike Dunn, Dalten Dunn, Gaston Dunn & Caleb Warren.

Funeral services for Mrs. Oretha Edwards, 81 were held at 11:00 a.m. at Mt. Moriah M. B. Church with Dr. Benjamin Pittman officiating. Burial followed in Memorial Garden.

A native of Louisville, Mrs. Edwards, was a homemaker. She was born December 22, 1931 and died at Winston Medical Center, November 9, 2013. She was a member of Mount Moriah Missionary Baptist Church.

Survivors are one daughter; Cheryl Edwards of Phoenix, AZ, one son Robert Edwards of Chicago IL and one step son David Edwards of Chicago IL., one

Granddaughter and nieces and nephews.

A native of Louisville, Mrs. Sanderson ,was a homemaker. She was born September 30, 1953 and died at St Mary’s Medical Center, in West Palm Beach FL. November 2, 2013.

Survivors are her husband Hylton Sanderson, one daughter; Twanna Napier Ouissaaden three sons Bobby J. Napier, Jr, Eric C. A native of Louisville, Mrs. Dale , was a homemaker. She was born November 14, 1938 and died at Winston Medical Center, November 12, 2013.

Survivors are one daughter; Alfreda Thompson of Decatur, MS, one son Irving Rowe of Dallas TX, two sisters Loretta and Coretta both of East St. Lois IL., six grandchildren, , Nieces, Nephews and other relatives and friends

A native of Louisville, Mr. Hunt, was a Laborer. He was born August 15, 1936 and died at Winston Medical Center, November 11, 2013. He was a member of New Zion Missionary Baptist Church, Louisville

Survivors are one sister Leora Miller of Louisville; two brothers Walter Hunt and Tom Hunt both of Louisville Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews.

Funeral services for Mrs. Gloria Ann Carter, 44, were held at 2:00 p.m. at Beck Funeral Home with Min Sarah Carter officiating. She was cremated.

A native of Louisville, Mrs. Carter, was born July 3, 1969 and died at her home in Noxapater, November 7, 2013.

Survivors are her Mother Margaret Allen, her husband Harry Carter, one daughter; Tyesah Miller, two sons Ricky Cole and Lavon Carter, two sisters Elisa Ferguson and Tonya Fuller; four brothers Clarence Fuller, Ricky Fuller, Tim Howell and Reggie Fuller three grandchildren and a host of Nieces, Nephews.
