Grace Christian looking to bounce back following first loss

The Eagles of Grace Christian School, now 4-1 on the season, will be looking to get back in the winning column this week when they visit Hebron Christian on Tuesday and host Ethel High School on Friday.

The next week has Grace Christian hosting Tupelo Christian on Tuesday, before entertaining Nanih Waiya on Dec. 16 for the last game of 2013.

The last time Grace Christian took the court was on Nov. 22 when the Eagles traveled west to take on the Jackson Victors, dropping a 65-27 decision.

Jackson led 22-5 after one quarter of play and 38-11 at the half. Lucas Borntragger led Grace Christian with 13 points, while Daniel Halfacre scored seven and Dalton Harness five. Nick Hogue and Landon Weeks tossed in a point each.
