Off-season conditioning program Lawrence Sangster, former running back and graduate of Louisville High School, will begin an off-season football conditioning training camp here in Winston County. This Program is designed to help develop our 7th-12th grade players during off-season. This program will be from January 7th- August 1, 2013. There will be a monthly fee of $100 per player. Each player must present a copy of proof of insurance in order to participate in the program.
The players will work on conditioning activities each week from Monday-Thursday from 4p.m.-7p.m. If interested, please come sign up at the Louisville Coliseum on Saturday, January 5, from 10 a.m. until 5p.m. The first Saturday of each month will serve as sign up or resign up day for all participants.
