AA Meets Louisville/Winston County Alcoholics Anonymous will now meet Monday and Wednesday nights at 7:30 p.m. beginning the first week of January 2012 on the second floor of the community house. Meetings until then will still take place on Wednesday and Friday nights at 7:30 p.m.

Walking in Wellness Winston County Self Help Cooperative in conjunction with the Diabetes Coalition is Walking in Wellness has taken a winter break from the walk until February.

The Winston County Paparazzi The Winston County Paparazzi is working with the MSU Extension Office in Louisville to offer monthly meetings for photography enthusiasts. La Leche League of Louisville La Leche League of Louisville meets monthly on the 4th Saturday from 1-2 p.m. at the County Extension Building. Volunteers for LFD Help wanted: Individuals to serve their community. Must be dedicated, honest, community orientated, willing to help & learn, and able to help. Pay: none, uniform: provided, training: provided, satisfaction: guaranteed. Be a volunteer firefighter for the LFD.

Off-season conditioning program Lawrence Sangster, former running back and graduate of Louisville High School, will begin an off-season football conditioning training camp here in Winston County. This Program is designed to help develop our 7th-12th grade players during off-season. This program will be from January 7th- August 1, 2013. There will be a monthly fee of $100 per player. Each player must present a copy of proof of insurance in order to participate in the program.

The players will work on conditioning activities each week from Monday-Thursday from 4p.m.-7p.m. If interested, please come sign up at the Louisville Coliseum on Saturday, January 5, from 10 a.m. until 5p.m. The first Saturday of each month will serve as sign up or resign up day for all participants.
