Family Center Open House Sept. 26

The Family Center will hold Open House during the month of September. The parents from Fair and Louisville Elementary are invited to come Thursday, September 26. The remaining schools in the Louisville Municipal School District are invited to come on Thursday, September 26. The Open House will be from 5 P.M. – 6P.M. each Thursday at 202 Ivy Avenue.. County Wide Revival Oct. 6

The Inter-denominational Ministerial Alliance will host a County Wide Revival at the Mt. Olive Bethel Harmony Religious Education Ministry Building, 137 Armstrong Street. Women’s conference Oct. 6

Mt. Pleasant #1 M.B. Woodmen senior camp Sept. 30

The 2014 Woodmen of the World Senior camp for members age 55+ will be held Sept 30-Oct 2 at Lake Tiak-O’Khata in Louisville, MS. Come join us for some good food, games, fellowship and entertainment. Registration is $80 per member and includes all the meals and entertainment as well as the lodging in either a private hotel room or members can bring their RV and stay in the Lake’s beautiful RV campground. Non-member spouses of members and guests of members are also invited for the same fee. The registration deadline is September 13. Friends of the Library Sale Oct. 3

Friends of the Library will hold a book sale at the Winston County Library, October 3rd, 4th & 5th. Doors will open Thursday at 9:00 am- 6:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm.

Come join us and buy some books. All proceeds from the book sale go to help the Winston Country Library buy needed supplies

Family Day Oct. 20

The Sunflower M. B. Church of Scooba, MS where Rev. John E. Ball of Louisville, MS serves as pastor will celebrate Family and Friends Day on Sunday, October 20, 2013 at 1:30 p.m.

Annual Bazaar at Whitehall Oct. 26

The Whitehall UMC annual bazaar will be held Saturday October 26, 2013. Doors will open at 8:00 a.m. There will be a delicious buffet, crafts, homemade goodies, a white elephant sale, silent auction and lots of fun & fellowship. The Winston County Paparazzi is working with the MSU Extension Office in Louisville to offer monthly meetings for photography enthusiasts.
