From press & staff reports
Calvary Apostolic Health and Wellness hosted its first Health Fair of 2014 at Calvary Apostolic Life Center this past Saturday. The event began at 12 p.m. and ended at 3 p.m.
Also, the health fair provided a blood drive with the United Blood Services Mobile Unit out of Tupelo, for charitable church members and community residents who were willing to donate blood.
Vendors for the fair included Health Consultant Fred Dudley (Chicago, Illinois), Moore’s Financial Group, FoodCorps, Jesus People Against Pollution and Starkville Health Advocate Nancy Woodruff. These vendors provided various health solutions for those who were interested.
