Noxapater’s Kiera Phillips signs with East Mississippi

Kiera Phillips, of Noxapater Attendance Center,  signs letter of intent to play fast pitch softball at East Mississippi Community College. Kiera is the daughter of Patrick and Deffany Phillips. Kiera also plays slow pitch softball, basketball, track, and is a cheerleader.

Three Nanih Waiya standouts sign athletic scholarships

Three Nanih Waiya Attendance Center students made steps towards continuing their sports careers on the college level as they signed scholarships to play for East Central Community College in Fall 2016. 
Nanih Waiya softball players Marlee Parkes and Mackenzie Johnson both signed letters of intent to play for ECCC during a signing ceremony held in the Nanih Waiya Attendance Center Library on January 15. 
Both Parkes and Johnson signed their scholarships with parents and Nanih Waiya Softball Coach Ron Swart in attendance. Johnson’s parents are Lee & Marla Johnson. Parkes’ parents are Luke & Tammy Parkes. 
Nanih Waiya baseball player Wyatt Ball also signed a letter of intent to play for the school in the upcoming Fall semester. Ball signed his letter with parents Will and J.J. Ball and Nanih Waiya Baseball Coach Tyler Rogers.
