Frances Woodruff, Ex-Division President of Mississippi and current President of Winston Guards 2643 of Louisville, was appointed by President General Pam Trammell to serve as Registrar General for 2014-2015 at the Annual United Daughters of the Confederacy Convention held in Richmond, VA, November 7-10, 2014.
