Center Hill Church of God in Christ – a disaster relief site

The Center Hill Church of God in Christ located on HWY 15 South in the Center Ridge Community was opened after the disaster in Louisville, MS to provide goods and services to those affected by the disaster in the Center Ridge Community as well those in the Mars Hill Community.  The volunteers cook and serve lunch daily and provide comfort and prayers to those individuals that were affected.

Pastor Stanley Harris, organizer of the Center Hill Mars Hill Ministries  Disaster Relief Outreach Ministry stated, “We felt that it is imperative that we, as a body of believers within the community, come forward to do the work that Jesus has called us to do: clothe the naked and feed the hungry.  I praise God for the opportunity to do the ministry in this hour.”
Center Hill and Mars Hill Ministries, is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization, whose mission is to  meet the physical, social, and spiritual needs of those who are distressed, depressed, and destitute within the community.
