ECCC Offers NCCER Apprenticeship Core Class in Louisville

Instruction in the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) Apprenticeship Core for HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) and Millwright is being offered at East Central Community College’s Career Advancement Center in Louisville. The Core class covers modules such as basic safety, communication skills, and construction drawings and must be taken as a pre-requisite for all NCCER areas of training. Completing this curriculum gives the trainee the basic skills needed to continue education in any craft area he or she chooses.

Registration will be held on Tuesday, April 8, 2014 from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Classes will meet twice a week, those days will be announced at registration, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. for twelve weeks.

Cost of the class is $150.
