Guilty pleas accepted in Circuit Court

The Circuit Court of Winston County completed the May Court calendar with multiple sentences handed down by Judge Joey Loper.

Reginald D. Haynes entered a plea of guilty and was charged with Possession of Cocaine (at-least 2 grams but less than 10 grams). He will serve a term of EIGHT (8) YEARS with The Mississippi Department of Corrections. It is further ordered that the defendants driving privileges be suspended for a period of SIX (6) MONTHS. Haynes is to pay all court costs and assessments.
Reginald Haynes entered a plea of guilty and was charged with the crime of Sale of Cocaine: A schedule II controlled substance. He will serve a term of THIRTEEN (13) YEARS with The Mississippi Department of Corrections. It is further ordered that the defendants driving privileges are suspended for a period of SIX (6) MONTHS. Haynes is to pay all court costs, assessments, and a fine in the amount of $5,000.00, with $5,000.00 suspended.
Cedric D. Clark entered a plea of guilty and was charged with the Possession of Marijuana (at least 250 grams but less than 500 grams). He will serve a term of THREE (3) YEARS with The Mississippi Department of Corrections. It is further ordered that the defendants driving privileges are suspended for a period of SIX (6) MONTHS. Clark is to pay all court costs and assessments.
Michael Dupont entered a plea of guilty and was charged with the crime of Burglary of a Dwelling. He will serve a term of TWELVE (12) YEARS with The Mississippi Department of Corrections. Dupont is to pay all court costs and assessments.

Bobby G. White entered a plea of guilty and was charged with Felony DUI. He will serve a term of FIVE (5) YEARS with The Mississippi Department of Corrections. White is to

Jacoby Lewis entered a plea of guilty and was charged with Aggravated Assault. He will serve a term of SIX (6) MONTHS in The Winston County Jail. Furthermore, the defendant is to pay all court costs, assessments, and restitution in the amount of $7,876.82 to be paid to Kimberly Moore, P.O. Box 92, Noxapater, MS, 39346, with $5,000.00 to be paid immediately and the remainder to be paid at $135.00 per month until it is paid in full.
Lakendrick L. Cunningham entered a plea of guilty and was charged with two counts of Burglary of a Building other than a Dwelling and one count of Burglary of a Church. He will serve a term of 7 years with the Mississippi Department of Corrections for each count. Lakeya Murry entered a plea of guilty and was charged with two counts of sale of cocaine: a schedule II controlled substance. For the first count, she will serve 8 years for each count with the Miss.
