JOY weeks after the F-4 tornado hit

This is a joyful story of a girl scout troop who brought JOY to a devastated community – Center Ridge and Dean Park.
This community as well as many others were declared a disaster by President Barack Obama on April 30, 2014 after an F-4 Tornado that hit Winston County on April 28, 2014.

On Saturday, May 31, 2014 coordinated by Richard Moncrief, president of Friends of Dean Park, Inc a group of Girl Scouts pitched in to help.
