Library Seminar set Nov. 20
The Winston County Library will host a seminar on Medicare Part D Enrollment on Wednesday, November 20, 2013 from 10:30 – 12:00. It is open to the public. Sharon Duke, State Health Insurance Coordinator out of the Golden Triangle Planning and Development office in Starkville will be on hand to walk people through the enrollment process, compare the various plans available to enroll in and answer any questions. Medicare Part D enrollment ends on December 7, 2013 and this will be a great opportunity for anyone concerned about which plan is the best for them to enroll in, to get the very best information possible.
After the first of the year, Sharon, along with a representative from Social Security, will come back to the library for a series of programs throughout 2014 on general Medicare enrollment, plus Medicare Part D; and Social Security retirement planning and Social Security Disability.
