Lions Club convention set for Louisville

The Lions Club International state convention will be held May 1 through 4 at Lake Tiak O’Khata in Louisville. With Louisville’s Lions Club hosting the event, more than 200 Lions will be attending.
The Louisville Lions Club has been working with the Winston County Chamber of Commerce by putting together goodie bags for visitors. The Louisville Lions Club is asking any Chamber Members that would like to donate any items that are related to your business or community to please drop the items off at the Chamber of Commerce in Louisville.
The Lions Club is hoping to put together approximately 250 welcome bags to hand out at the convention registration.
The Lions Club wishes to show off Winston County’s charm, warmth, and hospitality by hosting the convention. If you have any questions or need more information please contact Linda Skelton at the Winston County Chamber of Commerce office or Mike Dowd, President of the Louisville Lions Club, at 662-803-7952.
