Funeral services for Ms. Virginia Barrier was held at 10 AM Tuesday, August 5, 2014 from North Bend United Pentecostal Church with Rev. Nathan Moore and Rev.
Johnny Peden officiating. Interment was in North Bend United Pentecostal Cemetery. John E. Stephens Chapel Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.
Ms. Barrier, 82, passed away on Saturday, August 2, 2014 at her residence in the North Bend Community, where she has lived most of her life. Before retiring, she worked at Anthony’s Syrup Company. Ms. Barrier was a member of North Bend United Pentecostal Church.
Survivors are (2) sons, David Barrier of Phila, MS and Rev. Bobby Barrier of Henderson, TX; (7) grandchildren; (14) great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers are Brooks Barrier, Brad Barrier, Brian Barrier, Dusty Barrier, Daniel Barrier, and James Ike Barrier.
Mr. Otis D. Gray
Graveside service for Mr. Otis D. Gray was held at 2 PM Monday, August 4, 2014 from Sandtown United Methodist Cemetery with Rev. John Stephens officiating. John E. Stephens Chapel Funeral Services is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Gray, 88, passed away on Friday, August 1, 2014 at his residence. He lived in Neshoba County most of his life. He was a U.S. Army Veteran and worked in the auto manufacturing industry. Mr. Gray was a member of Sardis Baptist Church.
Mr. Gray is survived by his son, Don Blake of Arkansas; two grandsons; brother, Dub Gray of Arkansas; several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Jimmy Dale Anderson
Funeral services for Mr. Jimmy Dale Anderson were held at 2 PM Sunday, August 3, 2014 from John E. Stephens Chapel with Rev. Richard Burks and Rev. Matt White officiating. Interment was in Bloomfield Cemetery. John E. Stephens Chapel Funeral Services was in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Anderson, 62, passed away on Friday, August 1, 2014 at his residence. He lived most of his life in the Bloomo Community. He was a valet employee at Silverstar Casino. He was a member of East Neshoba Volunteer Fire Department. He was pentecostal.
Mr. Anderson is survived by his wife, Barbara Anderson of Phila, MS; daughter, Jonni Anderson of Phila, MS; son, Justin Anderson of Phila, MS; sister, Ima Jean Johnson of Phila, MS; brothers, Prentice Anderson of Phila, MS, Tommy Wayne Anderson of Phila, MS, Robert Anderson of Phila, MS, Larry Anderson of Phila, MS & Lee Allen Anderson of Meridian, MS; (4) grandchildren; host of nieces and nephews. Pallbearers are Kyle Nowell, Kevin Belk, Odell Walker, Wendell Smith-Walker, Brian Vowell, Brad Lewis & Austin Anderson.
Rev. John Doss (J.D.) Love
Rev. John Doss (J.D.) Love was born April 29, 1932 to Charlie Love and Winnie Mae Eiland Love, who both preceded him in death. J.D. slipped away from his life at his home on July 29, 2014. He gave his life to Christ at an early age and became a member of the Miller’s Chapel Missionary Baptist Church. He later became a member of Union Chapel Missionary Baptist Church.
He also leaves four heartbroken brothers, Mr. Arthur Love, Mr. Tommy Love and Rev. George Love all of Louisville, Mississippi. Mr. Jimmy Love of Chicago, Illinois. Two stepsons Hurie Turner and James Turner.
Five grandchildren, Seven great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members and friends.

Funeral services for Mr. John Robert Fondren, 73, were held at Macon Pentecostal Church in Macon on Friday, August 1, 2014 at 2 p.m. Rev. Jimmy Guy officiated. Burial at Brooksville Cemetery in Brooksville.
Mr. Fondren was a retired worker of B & W. Mr. Fondren died on Tuesday, July 29, 2014.
Survivors include wife, Dianne of Brooksville; sons, Danny Jernigan of Ackerman, John Fondren, II of Ackerman, Karl Jernigan of Macon, Tommy Jernigan of Macon; daughters, Suzzette Fresbour of Waynesboro, Paula Griggs of Macon; sister, Elsie Edwards of Ackerman; 15 grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Macon Pentecostal Church in Macon.

Mr. Coleman, 55, was born September 28, 1958 and died July 24, 2014. He was a native of Louisville, MS. He is survived by his sisters Winnie Perry, Shelly A. Mississippi. Judy was the daughter of the late

Grayson. She was a retired nurse of 19 years
from Winston Nursing Home in Louisville.
Survivors include her mother, Hayes Long;
and one son, Ben (Krista) Matthews of
Springville, Tennessee. She has one daughter,
Megan (Andy) Hartness of Sturgis, Mississippi;
two grandchildren, Wesley and Layla
Matthews, both of Springville, Tennessee.

Ina Mae Jackson, 96, passed away surrounded
by her loving family on Sunday,
July 27, 2014, at Brooklyn Hall Personal
Care Home in Mathiston, Mississippi. Visitation

Mrs. Jackson was born on July 1, 1918, to
Laura Moore Chamblee and William Robert
Chamblee. She was a member of Singleton
Baptist Church and was a homemaker.
She is survived by two sons, Jimmy Jackson
and wife, Helen Marie, of Louisville; and
Jeff Jackson and wife, Wanda, of Winfield,
Alabama. Mrs. Jackson has 11 grandchildren:

Gregg Jackson and wife, Dina; Teresa Jo
Berger and husband, Jeff; James L. Collins;
Kimblee Collins; David Collins and wife,
Julie; Ashleigh Goodwin and husband,
Jason; Will Jackson; Amanda Cornett;
Misty Thompson and husband, Brian; and
Tommy Fulgham and wife, Tammy. She is
also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Jackson was preceded in death by her
husband, James B. “Jim” Jackson; her
daughter, Elsie Fulgham; her parents; three
brothers; and one sister.
Serving as pallbearers will be Will Jackson,
Brian Thompson, Scott Jackson, Gregg
Jackson, Tommy Fulgham, and Jason Goodwin.

Mrs. Iris Lapeyrouse Ford
Iris Lapeyrouse Ford, age 95, died July 28,
2014, in Winona, Mississippi. She was born
in Montague, LA, in 1919, to Gustave and
Mary Catherine Lapeyrouse.
Her parents, brother, and sister predecease
her. She was the widow of William
Garland Ford and they lost their son,
William, Jr. Her daughter, Melva (Joe) and
sons, James A. (Janice), Barry, and Keith
(JoAnn) and several grandchildren and great
grandchildren, survive her. Porter Funeral
