Funeral services for Jamie C. Greer, 45, were held at 2 p.m., April 20 at Beck Funeral Home in Louisville. Rev. Robert Sangster officiated. Burial followed in Memorial Gardens.

Mr. Greer died March 8 in Milwaukee, WI.

Survivors include his wife, Lila Greer; his father, James Greer, Jr.; his mother, Dorothy Kelley; 4 daughters, Jaime, Ashley, Breanna, and Kaveon; 4 sons, Josiah, Brandon, Kendall, Kerrari; 3 sisters, Jacqueline, Jamica, and Jaquitta; 4 brothers, Julian, Sean, Jarvis, and Jamie Danielle; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Beck Funeral Home of Louisville was in charge of the arrangements.

 

Allen K. McQueen

Funeral services for Allen K. McQueen, 55, were held at 2 p.m., April 22 at Mt. Moriah M.B. Church in Louisville. Rev. Roy Williams officiated. Burial followed in Pilgrim Rest Cemetery.

Mr. McQueen was a member of Pilgrim Rest M.B. Church in Louisville. He died on April 12 at Specialty Hospital in Meridian.

Survivors include his wife, Pinky McQueen; 2 daughters, MarQuita Geeter and Monique Overstreet; 2 sons, Morris McDonald and Artemus McQueen; 1 sister, Amitta Johnson; 3 brothers, Bruce McQueen, Michael P. McQueen, and Warren McQueen; 1 step-brother, Charles Welch; 8 grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Tashika Darnell Wraggs

Funeral services for Tashika Darnell Wraggs, 39, were held at 11 a.m., April 22 at Unity Outreach Fellowship Church in Louisville. Rev. Willie Macon officiated. Burial followed in Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. Wraggs was a member of Unity Outreach Fellowship Church. She died April 16 at the Aurora Nursing Home in Columbus.

Survivors include 2 sisters, Alidia and Paula; 2 brothers, Jimmie and Antonio; her maternal grandmother, Susie B. Janckson; one aunt, Annie Henley; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Frances Lee Cotton

Funeral services for Frances Lee Cotton, 77, were held at 11 a.m., April 22 at Mt. Moriah M.B. Church in Louisville. Dr. Benjamin Pittman officiated. Burial followed in Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. Cotton was a member of Mt. Moriah M.B. Church in Louisville. She died at her home on April 16.

Survivors include her husband, Mozel H. Cotton; 2 daughters, Kathleen Cotton and Carolyn Barnes; 1 son, Dwayne Mozel Cotton; 4 sisters, Dollie Craig, Mary Stennis, Catherine Coleman, and Victoria Craig; 2 brothers, James Franklin Craig and James Earl Craig; 16 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
