Funeral Services for Mrs. Bettye Joyce Glenn, 72, were held on April 25, 2017 at 1:00 pm at Lonely Valley CME Church of Louisville. Reverend Eddie B. Robinson officiated. Burial held at Peterson Cemetery.

Native of Louisville, Mrs. Glenn was born on March 5, 1945. She was a homemaker and a member of Lonely Valley CME Church. Mrs. Glenn died on April 18, 2017.

Survivors include daughter, Genary G. Frazier of Guatier MS; sisters, Eddie Lee Ferguson and Jeannett Smith both of Sturgis, Mosezelle Bright of Memphis TN, Kay Anderson and Joddie Terry both of Starkville; brother, Charles Henry Davis of Sturgis; 3 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Ester Olean Porter Coleman

Funeral Services for Mrs. Ester Olean Porter Coleman, 95, were held on April 29, 2017 at 2:00 pm at Pleasant Grove UM Church of Louisville. Rev. Roosevelt Gage and Rev. Dewayne Robinson officiated. Burial held at Oliver Cemetery.

Native of Louisville, Mrs. Coleman was born on August 26, 1921. She was a homemaker and a member of Pleasant Grove UM Church. Mrs. Coleman died on April 19, 2017.

Survivors include daughters, Annie Young, May Wells, and Hattie Coleman; sons, Arthur Coleman, Billy Coleman and Lamar Coleman; sisters, Clara Bell Roberson, and Erma Jean Davis; 33 grandchildren, 52 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

Shirley Temple Triplett

Funeral Services for Ms. Shirley Temple Triplett, 50, were held on April 29, 2017 at 2:00 pm at Calvary Apostolic Church of Louisville. Elder James Young officiated. Burial held at Memorial Gardens.  

Native of Louisville, Ms. Triplett was born on June 7, 1966. She on April 24, 2017.

Survivors include Mother, Bobbie Jean Triplett; daughters, Melissa Triplett, Jasmine Triplett, Rosalyn Yarbrough, Cordella Johnson, and Rakia Shorter; sons, Sintonio Triplett, and LaTedrick Yarbrough; sisters, Marilyn Jackson, Deborah Andrews, Lois Denson and Tamecho Jordan; brother, Rickey Triplett; 9 grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
