Funeral Services for Miss Dorothy Ann Coleman, 70, were held on May 28, 2017 at 2:00 pm at Pleasant Grove UM Church of Louisville. Rev. Dwayne Robinson officiated. Burial held at Oliver Cemetery.

Native of Louisville, Miss Coleman was born on January 23, 1947. She was a laborer and a member of Pleasant Grove UM Church of Louisville. She died on May 22, 2017 at WMC in Louisville.

Survivors include daughters, Sherry Coleman of Duluth GA and Necole Coleman of Houston TX; sons, Parrish Bernard Coleman of Clinton MS and Marcus Coleman of Philadelphia, MS; sisters, Mavis E. Coleman and Yvonne Coleman both of Chicago IL; brother, Johnny F Coleman of Chicago IL; 4 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

Mrs. Ossie Ruth Eiland

Funeral Services for Mrs. Ossie Ruth Eiland, 90, were held on May 24, 2017 at 11:00 am at Beck Funeral Home of Louisville. Rev. Milton Coffee officiated. Burial held at Hopewell Cemetery in McCool MS.

Native of Louisville, Mrs. Eiland was born on June 12, 1926. She was a homemaker. She died on May 17, 2017 at NMMC in Eupora.

Survivors include daughters, Helen Mitchell of Champaing IL and Joann Pollard of Ackerman; sons, Nathaniel Kimbrough of Ackerman, Carnell Kimbrough of Toledo OH and Darnell Kimbrough of McCool; 30 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

Mrs. Bettie Louise Hudson

Funeral services of Mrs. Bettie Louise Hudson, 86, were held at Mt. Moriah MB Church of Louisville on May 23, 2017 at 11:00 am. Dr. Benjamin Pittman officiated. Burial was held at Memorial Gardens in Louisville.

Native of Louisville, Mrs. Hudson was born on September 27, 1930. She was a homemaker and a member of Mt. Moriah MB Church of Louisville. She died on May 17, 2017 at her home in Louisville.

Survivors include sister, Minnie Johnson of Syracuse NY; brother, Harold Hudson of Louisville; nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

Mary E. Jackson

Services for Mary E. Jackson, 93, of Sturgis were May 27, 2017, at Sturgis Baptist Church with burial in Sturgis Cemetery.

She was born June 13, 1923, in Sturgis to the late Dr. O.W. and Myrtle Arnold Roberts. Mrs. Jackson was a homemaker and member of Sturgis Baptist Church. She died May 25, 2017, at the Choctaw County Nursing Center in Ackerman.

Survivors include her son, Jimmy Jackson of Tupelo; two grandsons and four great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to French Camp Academy.
