Funeral services for Whitney Fair, 31, were held at Millsprings MB Church of Weir on Saturday, June 10th, 2017 at 2:30 p.m. Rev. Andrew Fair officiated. Burial at cemetary.
Mr. Whitney Fair was a member of Millsprings MB Church. Mr. Fair died on Sunday, June 4th, 2017 in McCool.
Survivors include daughters, La’Maya and La’Mia Fair of McCool; son, Corey Robinson of McCool; sisters, Felicia Riley of Starkville and Naomi Fair of Crawford; brothers, Kenyoung Fair and Christopher Fair of Weir.
Sanders and Sanders Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. Geary Morris Edmonds
Mr. Geary Morris Edmonds, 65, passed away on Friday, June 9, 2017, at his residence in Starkville, Mississippi. Graveside services and interment will be 2 p.m. on Tuesday, June 13, 2017, at Bevill Hill United Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. Don Hooper officiating. Visitation will be the day of the service from 11:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. at Nowell Massey Funeral Home in Louisville, Mississippi.
Geary was born June 25, 1951, to Odie and Vitula Nason Edmonds. He attended Starkville Church of God; and was a retired carpenter and a licensed auctioneer.
Geary is survived by his son, Donald Wayne Edmonds; two sisters, Patsy Collier of Starkville; and Betsy Mascagni of Greenville, Mississippi; and two granddaughters.
Memorial contributions in honor of Geary may be given to Bevill Hill Cemetery Fund, c/o Norma Jackson, 245 Raymond Williams Road, Sturgis, MS 39769.

Mrs. Annie Louise Miller
Mrs. Annie Louise Miller, 86, passed away on May 31st, 2017 at Webster General Hospital in Eupora, MS due to Cardiac Arrest. Funeral Services were held at First Unity U.M. Church in Weir, MS on June 8th at 12 noon with Rev. Tyrone Edwards officiating. Interment was followed at Mill Springs cemetery in Weir, MS.
Mrs. Miller was a member of Mount Salem United Methodist Church in French Camp, MS. She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Miller is survived by her daughters, Rita Dianne Kilgore of Grand Rapids, MI. and Bonnie Kate Miller of Evergreen Park, IL.; Sons, Richard Miller of Weir, MS and Lamar Miller of Phoenix, AZ.; Sister, Levada Miller of Weir, MS; Brothers, Willie Potts of Jackson, MS and Levi Potts of Detroit, MI.; as well as 7 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild, nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Mr. Percy Raymond “Tex” Vallient, 79, passed away on May 31st, 2017 at Baptist Medical Center in Columbus, MS due to Cardiac Arrest. His funeral services were held at Beck Funeral home on June 7th at 12 noon. He is survived by a host of cousins and other relatives and friends.
