Memorial service for Ms. Ota L. (Sally)  Watkins Griffin was held at 11 AM Saturday, October 12, 2013 at Mars Hill Baptist Cemetery in Leake County, MS with Rev. John Stephens officiating.

Ms. Griffin went to meet the Lord on Monday, October 7, 2013 at Anderson Regional Medical Center in Meridian, MS. She was a secretary. She was a baptist.

Ms. Griffin is survived by her sisters, Shirlen Thomas of Decatur, MS and Sue Whatley of Phila, MS; brothers, Malcolm Watkins Jr. of Gilmer, TX and Dennis Watkins of Phila, MS; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Ms. Ann B. Goodin was held at 10 AM Tuesday, October 15, 2013 from Longino Baptist Church with Rev. Brian Weir and Rev. Matthew White officiating. Interment will be in Coy Methodist Cemetery. John E. Stephens Chapel Funeral Services is in charge of arrangements.

Ms. Goodin, 70, passed away on Saturday, October 12, 2013 at University Medical Center in Jackson, MS. She was a homemaker . She was a member of Longino Baptist Church.

She is survived by her daughter, Debra Forman of Phila, MS; sons, Stanley Goodin of Phila, MS and Randy Goodin of Phila, MS; (4) grandchildren; (6) great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Mrs. Frankie Lee Coleman Roberson, 90, were held October 12, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Antioch M. B. Church . Reverend James Headd officiating. Burial followed in Antioch cemetery.

A native of Louisville, Mrs. Roberson was born June 17, 1923 and died at her home in Louisville on Friday, October 4, 2013. She was a homemaker and a member of Antioch M. B. Church.

Survivors are three daughters; Gwen Chamberlin, Marilyn Tillery and Maxine Hudson all of Louisville; one son Clifford Roberson of Louisville, one sister Cleo Lampley of Milwaukee, WI and one brother, Thomas Coleman, Jr of Louisville, fifteen grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, nieces, nephews and other friends and relatives

Funeral services for Ms. Ricki Thomas Prewitt, 69, were held October 15, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Bethsaidia Baptist Church near French Camp. Reverend Alex Lawson officiating. Burial followed in the church cemetery.

Ms. Prewitt was born September 2, 1944 in Winona, MS and died at the Baptist Hospital in Jackson on Saturday October 12, 2013.She was a retired music techer and private piano instructor and a member of Bethsaidia Baptist Church where she served as their ordained minister of music.

Survivors are one daughter; Diane Chandler of Ackerman; two sons Michael Prewitt of Weir, and Barney Prewitt of Starkville, MS, one sister Linda McDaniel of French Camp, eight grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. The family request memorials be to Bethsaidia Baptist Church Cemetery fund.
