Child abuse prevention

The Starkville Oktibbeha School District have launched a county-wide child abuse prevention awareness campaign to combat child abuse in the Winston County community. For that purpose Mayor Will Hill signed a proclamation on March 28, 2016 stating The City of Louisville and Winston County will now recognize the month of April as Child Abuse Month in Louisville.
