Diana Pickett retired from Fair Oil Company in May after 38 years of service.

“It is a good company and much more,” said Pickett about her time at Fair Oil Company. “They are so special and treated me like family.”

Pickett added that she always wanted the customers to feel welcome and assist them promptly.

“It is a challenge to always take time with each customer and still keep everything else going smoothly but that is what the business is about,” said Pickett.

“She is the definition of a loyal employee,” said Fair. “She is as good as gold.”
