Mr. and Mrs. Greg McKee of Philadelphia are happy to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Meredith Brooke McKee, to Evan Wade Humphries, son of Mr. and Mrs. David Humphries of Louisville.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Hilda Luke and the late Mr. Benford Luke of Preston and Mr. and Mrs. Tommy McKee of Philadelphia.
The bride-elect is a 2009 graduate of Neshoba Central High School and a 2011 graduate of East Central Community College. She is a 2013 graduate of Mississippi State University with a bachelor of science degree in Educational Psychology. She is currently attending Mississippi State University, pursuing her master’s degree in Counselor Education with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
The prospective bride-groom is the grandson of Mrs. Ann Covington and the late Mr. Paul Covington and the late Mr. and Mrs. Billy Humphries all of Louisville.
The prospective bride-groom is a 2010 graduate of Louisville High School and a 2012 graduate of East Central Community College. He is a 2014 graduate of Mississippi State University with a bachelor of arts degree in Communications. He is currently employed at First Baptist Church in Louisville as the youth intern and at Tabor Construction.
The couple will exchange vows Saturday, July 19, 2014, at 3:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Louisville. A reception will follow immediately at the Louisville Country Club. The public is invited to attend through the medium of the press.
