Winston County Support Group completes worshop

Congratulations to the Winston County Support Group on being the most recent class to complete the FREE Building Strong Families (BSF) financial education workshop. The class was held at the Winston County Extension Office in Louisville, MS. Financial Peace University (FPU) is a nationally known curriculum widely publicized and created by financial specialist Dave Ramsey. The course is designed to teach money management and debt elimination skills that, when properly used, can be life-changing. The classes are sponsored by the Building Strong Families Project (BSF), and are free to those who have completed the BSF marriage education workshop. Taught by Barbara Culberson, the free classes are conducted in Winston, Choctaw, and Oktibbeha Counties and cover budgeting, debt elimination, and building wealth. Dr. Joan Butler and the entire staff of Family Centered Programs invite the residents of Oktibbeha, Winston, and Choctaw Counties to take advantage of the many classes being offered through the Building Strong Families project such as parenting, how to manage your money, career exploration and marriage and mentoring.
