Eloise Bane, owner of The Fashion Boutique in downtown Louisville focuses on customer service for her

business success.
Bane feels that her number one responsibility is to take care of her customers by giving good service and by showing them courtesy and kindness.
She believes that if she is loyal to her customers they in return will be loyal to her. From her work, she feels like her awards and achievements have come from having such wonderful customers and friends that come through her doors everyday.
Making her customers feel welcomed and at home in her store makes her position worthwhile.
Bane feels that maybe she has had a positive affect on the community by being here to serve the public by working hard and giving God credit for all things that she has accomplished.
While Bane feels rewarded with her work, she also understands that running a business can take time away from family.
At the end of the day, “it has been a joyful experience” noted Bane about her business.
She is married to David Bane of Louisville, MS. Together they have 3 sons.
